Selway Design Studio designed the space to evoke the intimacy and tactility of a jewellery box, enveloping visitors in a rich, layered material experience. Warm timber tones, soft textiles and sculptural surfaces create depth and atmosphere, allowing the jewellery to sit within a calm, considered architectural backdrop. Bespoke display elements and carefully controlled lighting enhance the perception of craft and detail, supporting a slower, more intimate way of engaging with the work — a showroom that reflects Maya Selway's own sensibility, balancing material richness with restraint.
